The Vendor will rent a designated space from the Boulevard Park Improvement Association at the BPIA Clubhouse 1269 Magothy Rd. Pasadena, MD 21122 on Saturday, May 10, 2025 from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. Set-up may begin at 8:00 am and break down must be completed by 4:00 pm.
The Vendor fee will be $30.
The BPIA will provide the space. Tables, chairs, and electricity can be provided, but please let the BPIA know ASAP if you require a table, chairs or electricity as they are only available on a first come, first served basis.
The Vendor agrees to abide by the following guidelines:
1. The Vendor will provide all decorations and equipment necessary to run their booth.
2. The Vendor will stay within their designated spot and keep their assigned area clean throughout and after the event.
3. The Vendor will take responsibility for any damages or incidents that occur at their booth.
4. The Vendor will be responsible for collecting their own sales taxes as required by the county or state.
5. The Vendor understands that all vendor fees will go towards the BPIA and are non-refundable.
6. The Vendor agrees to follow all rules and regulations enforced by the BPIA. If the Vendor does not adhere to set rules and regulations, the Vendor may be asked to leave the event at any time with no refund.
7. The BPIA is permitted to take photographs of the booths and vendors and use these photographs for advertisement or promotion purposes for future events.
