Complete this form to join BPIA and register for the 2025-2026 boating season.

Non-Resident Boaters will receive an email with renewal information. If you are interested in joining our waitlist or have any other questions, please email boulevardparkmd@gmail.com.

Boulevard Park residents must be members of BPIA to register for boating privileges.

After completion, go to the Payment Options tab to complete payment, send payment via Zelle (boulevardparkmd@gmail.com), or drop a check made payable to BPIA in the clubhouse mailbox at 1269 Magothy Road. (Use Zelle or check payment option to avoid website convenience fee)

Copies of your government issued ID, DNR boat registrations, and MVA trailer registrations are required to be emailed to boulevardparkMD@gmail.com or delivered to the secure mailbox located at 1269 Magothy Road prior to key & sticker distribution. If you are a returning boater and there are no changes, copies are not required. However, all form fields must be completed so verification can be done!

Boating Agreement

THE FOLLOWING IS TO BE READ AND ACCEPTED BY THE REQUESTOR FOR BOAT RAMP PRIVILEGES. BY YOUR SIGNATURE AND ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS BELOW, YOU CERTIFY THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE RULES AND REGULATIONS AND AGREE TO FOLLOW THEM. VIOLATION OF ANY OF THE RULES AND REGULATIONS IS CAUSE FOR IMMEDIATE LOSS OF BOAT RAMP PRIVILEGES. 1.) I am a resident of Boulevard Park. 2.) The boat ramp/parking pen key remains the property of the Boulevard Park Improvement Association. The key must be presented upon request of a BPIA representative and returned at the end of the current boating season. Failure to return a previous year's key will result in a $50 charge and suspension of boat ramp access. 3.) I will use the key for the purpose of launching only boats included on this registration form. 4.) The key is not to be duplicated, loaned, or given to any other person. 5.) Loss of the key will require a payment of $50.00 for a replacement. 6.) If I move or no longer desire the use of the boat ramp, I will return the key to the BPIA. 7.) I agree that use of the boat ramp is at my own risk. 8.) I am liable for any damage to the ramp or adjacent property my use may cause. 9.) I will park my vehicle and trailer in the parking pen and not on the road. Vehicles without trailers are not permitted in the parking pen unless special arrangements are made with BPIA. 10.) Boat registration, trailer registration and personal identification verifying residency and boat/trailer ownership must be provided PRIOR to key pickup. 11.) Stickers must be displayed on the port side of the trailer. Trailers without properly displayed stickers WILL BE TOWED at the owner’s expense along with the vehicle. There will be NO WARNINGS. 12.) Unauthorized launching may result in trespassing charges being filed against offenders. 13.) I will close and lock the gates to the ramp and parking pen after each launch and retrieval. 14.) Unauthorized use of the key will result in confiscation of the key and loss of ramp privileges. 15.) No overnight parking or storage permitted on BPIA property. 16.) No refunds will be issued. I agree to follow the above rules & regulations (type name for electronic signature)
