Situated on Grays Creek, Boulevard Park residents have quick access to the Magothy River and Chesapeake Bay. The BPIA owns a 5 acre waterfront park located at 1269 Magothy Road. Amenities include a playground, community clubhouse, picnic tables, basketball, volleyball, a boat ramp and pier.

The Boulevard Park Improvement Association (BPIA) is a 501(c)(4) non-profit social welfare organization which was incorporated in the State of Maryland in 1953. Boulevard Park is a residential community of nearly 500 single family homes located on the Lake Shore peninsula in Pasadena, Maryland. BPIA is dedicated to making Boulevard Park the best that it can be!
