Boulevard Park is a residential community of nearly 450 single family homes located on the Lake Shore peninsula in Pasadena, Maryland.
The Boulevard Park Improvement Association (BPIA) is a 501(c)(4) non-profit civic organization which was incorporated in the State of Maryland in 1953. Through volunteer service, community partnerships, and responsible stewardship of recreational assets, BPIA provides residents with safe gathering spaces, waterfront access, recreational opportunities, and inclusive community events that strengthen neighborhood relationships and enhance overall community well-being.
