Welcome to Boulevard Park
The Boulevard Park Improvement Association (BPIA) is a 501(c)(4) non-profit social welfare organization which was incorporated in the State of Maryland in 1953. Boulevard Park is a residential community of nearly 500 single family homes located on the Lake Shore peninsula in Pasadena, Maryland. The BPIA is dedicated to making Boulevard Park the best that it can be!
Situated on Grays Creek, Boulevard Park residents have quick access to the Magothy River and the Chesapeake Bay. The BPIA owns a 5-acre waterfront park located at 1269 Magothy Road. Amenities include a playground, community clubhouse, picnic tables, basketball court, volleyball net, a boat ramp and pier.
